After School Academy Program Enrollment 2025/2025

Program eligibility for After School Academy is determined by your student's school.  There is no cost to participate in this program. ***Completion of form does not guarantee enrollment. 

If your child is participating in the After School Academy, please complete the information below. If your child remains after school to participate in other school-sponsored activities, they will participate in the After School Academy after the activity unless they have alternative transportation home.

After School Academy is in session the following days:

Monday: 2:30 – 5:30 PM

Tuesday: 2:30 – 5:30 PM

Wednesday: 1:30 – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 2:30 – 5:00 PM

***A minimum 3 days/week is required for enrollment.
