ASPIRE
Welcome!
The ASPIRE program helps educate Oregon students to become career and college ready. ASPIRE offers education, resources, and mentoring opportunities for all students. Student supports include 1:1 and group mentoring, activities or events that focus on career exploration, career and college research, admissions applications, scholarships, and financial aid.
To sign up for college visits: Login to your SCOIR account; select EVENTS & DEADLINES; select college and "Count Me In!"
Join ASPIRE
- Have a parent or guardian fill out and sign the permission form here: English / Spanish
- Return the permission form, complete with a signature from your parent/guardian. Email form to: [email protected]
- Set up a time for your first meeting with an ASPIRE mentor!
Financial Aid
All financial aid applications open on October 1st of the student's senior year of high school. Apply each year the student is in college for the following school year.
FAFSA : Free Application for Federal Student Aid
ORSAA : If you are an undocumented or DACA student
CSS Profile: Some colleges require this additional financial aid application.
Oregon Promise Grant
Oregon Promise is a state grant that helps to cover tuition costs at any Oregon community college for recent high school graduates and GED® test graduates. Students must meet all eligibility criteria and complete an application process. There are different application deadlines depending on when you graduate.
How to Apply: Complete the FAFSA or ORSAA and submit an Oregon Promise application in the OSAC Student Portal by your deadline.
