In a culinary showdown of baked goods and gastronomy, The Dalles High School students brought their A-game to the kitchen as they competed in a thrilling cooking extravaganza to mark the end of their trimester. With pots bubbling and ovens blazing, the scent of delicious creations filled the halls of TDHS last week, tantalizing taste buds and igniting fierce competition.

North Wasco County Schools will be administering the Oregon Seed Survey in the coming months.

North Wasco County School District wants to inform parents/guardians and former Special Education students that on October 1, 2023, the district will destroy the records of students who have reached the age of 21 and ended/exited Special Education Services between 1980-2017. Special education services end when the student is no longer eligible for services, graduates, or completes his/her educational program at age 21, or moves from the district.

In response to OSAA’s recent decision to forfeit Riverhawk basketball games, the Tri-Valley Conference Rules Committee has thoroughly reviewed the situation. The committee has voted unanimously to reinstate the players in question and they will continue to play for Riverhawk Basketball.
