Listen - Learn - Lead
LISTEN: I will listen to all stakeholders in order to develop a more thorough and better understanding of our district, its strengths and areas for growth, and how I can best serve and lead our district.
LEARN: I will learn about the stakeholder’s aspirations, hopes, and dreams for our students and the educational future we want to build together. We will engage in authentic conversations that center around honest, open, and respectful dialogue about the next steps our school district should take.
LEAD: Synthesizing the learning gleaned from the multiple perspectives throughout this process, a plan of action will be developed.
